Product development can be described as the process of bringing new products into the market, innovation of new products as well as revamping old concepts to revive them. The Food Design Agency is an innovation and trend hub where we are able to take your product from conceptualisation to final product. We specialise in the development of recipes, utilising products to show case their potential in exciting ways. Not only do we create exciting recipes and concepts but we also do Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) development, food styling and copywriting to compliment the recipes.

Our development is influenced by cuisine from all corners of the world. Chef Jodi-Ann has had the opportunity to work with some of the maestros of the South African and International chef scene including Billy Gallagher, Bertus Basson and Craig Cormack. She has also worked for a diverse number of successful restaurants and food chains, including Woolworths Culinary Centre, La Colombe Restaurant, The Five Flies, PCP with Garth Shnier and The French Laundry in California with the acclaimed Chef, Thomas Keller.
She has developed new product lines for Nandos Chickenland (including the Peri Deli menu), YUM!, McCormick, McCain, Sky Chefs, Slo-Jo, SUGO Rosso, Mugg & Bean and Southern Sun. Most recently, she had successfully developed recipes for brands such as All Gold. |
